Last week was another big weekend in college football, which was highlighted by a big top 5 matchup involving Florida and LSU. With that there was a bit of shakeup in this week's rankings. Some new faces join the rankings this week.

This week the #2 Texas Longhorns face off against #21 Oklahoma in Texas in a game with less on the line than was expected entering the season. Also another SEC battle looms with #22 South Carolina going to #3 Alabama. Finally the #6 USC Trojans travel to #24 Notre Dame.
